Angelica has worked in the real estate industry since 1988 and has been a licensed Realtor® in the valley since 2003. Her experience includes leasing shopping centers in addition to buying and selling properties. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Scottsdale Association of Realtors®.

Angelica is proud to be part of the RE/MAX Fine Properties family as she shares the company’s motto of “Outstanding Agents, Outstanding Results.” Her unwavering work ethic coupled with her exceptional negotiation skills and collaborative approach to real estate makes her an agent that many new and returning clients have come to trust. “Being a real estate agent is all about helping the Buyer and Seller reach an agreement on the sale and/or purchase of a property,” Angelica explained, “and my role is to find a solution that maximizes the outcome for my client while adequately satisfying the other party.”

Angelica’s list of designations includes Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She has been in the top 10 realtors within the Southwest Region and was ranked #33 out of the 200 top agents in the Valley in 2007. Born in Cuba, Angelica is bilingual in Spanish. She has studied psychology, enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and raising rescued Havaneses dogs with her husband.
